It's a little hard to see in the second shot, but someone has moved a posting looking for Hebrew lessons next to one looking to exchange Russian (or Hebrew) instruction for English.

The rotunda is located at the top of Hlavní Nádraží (central train station), at the entrance to the Megasekáč thrift store. Though it's still a fairly well-trafficked area, there was a sense of it once being much more than it is now. Or maybe we just weren't expecting such a grand entrance for a train station thrift store.
